while writing my reviews, I had to find words to express unselfish type of love .. wanted to use magnanimous but my friend suggested altruistic instead ... thought it was pretty cool to describe that type of love
magnanimous : Courageously noble in mind and heart. Generous in forgiving; eschewing resentment or revenge; unselfish.
altruistic: unselfishly concerned for or devoted to the welfare of others
then read a review of this gay couple who had the May December type of romance (Significant age disparity in sexual relationships > thanks to wikipedia) ... and the partner who is still alive is a septuagenarian ... perk my interest into finding out what does that mean ...
septuagenarian: of the age of 70 years or between 70 and 80 years old.
not sure when will i ever use this word but it might be useful during question time in "Who wants to be a Millionaire"
