I never know that Singaporean got to change their IC when they reach the big 3 0 until recently Stefan told me that he had to drop by IMMIGRATION for the a new pink IC.

OH it happened again ... that strange buzz when I pass by my house letter box a couple of times today ... Somehow I "knew" there something for me beside bills n insurance agent birthday greeting cards ...
