So I made Black Vinegar Pork Ribs

Ever since I tried this dish at my aunt's place, I been wanting to try make this dish. Then one day, while flipping my friend's cookbook, I happened to chance upon the recipe for this dish and wah la ... my attempt at recreating Black Vinegar Pork Ribs


It turned out to be better than I was expecting ... well during the process, I was expecting it to be disaster but in the end, it turned out to be quite all right ...

Look presentable and the black vinegar taste was quite power ... enveloping the ribs. The only problem was that the pork meat itself was quite stiff and tough...

But then it's goood enuff that I'm not sharing!

Grrrr ... WOOF WOOF
