Exercise, the best euphoria substitute

All the panting, groaning and pain, one thing I never expect jogging and working out to give me ... a sort of euphoria.

Yeah there are otheractivitiess that supply endorphin but I think I am hooked to this form of activity. Even tho I have yet to see any striking results, the feeling at the end of every exercise give me a very siok feeling ... small achievement that make me proud : )

endorphin :
Besides behaving as a pain reducer, endorphins are also thought to be connected to euphoric feelings, appetite modulation, and the release of sex hormones. Prolonged, continuous exercise contributes to an increased production of endorphins and, in some people, the subsequent "runner's high."
